The law firm "Intellectual Capital" was founded in 2007. One of the first directions in the company was the direction related to the registration of intellectual property. The patent and legal bureau of the law firm "Intellectual Capital" was created to protect trademarks, brands, logos, and prevent their illegal use. But over time, registration and protection of other intellectual property objects were added to the registration of trademarks.

To date, the Patent Law Bureau is almost a decade of experience in registration of all intellectual property objects: inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, appellations of origin, computer programs, databases and topographies of integrated circuits, and objects of copyright. The lawyers of our Bureau have a tremendous experience representing the interests of our clients in the Chamber for Patent Disputes, CIP (Court of Intellectual Rights) and FAS.

Our company has partners in most countries of the world, among them leading and largest law firms and patent attorney firms. This allows us to represent the interests of our clients abroad.
